Design of Blueye's next ROV
Result
Conceptual prototype and visualisations of Blueye´s next ROV, the X7. The result was a visual prototype ready to be presented to the market. It was also made ready for adding internal components to be tested in water.
The gap
Blueye has delivered easy-to-use and portable ROVs for over a decade. To expand their line-up in line with market trends they wanted to develop a new product to strengthen their position in the market.

Ideation, concept design and detail design of Blueye´s new ROV. Going from a proof-of-concept prototype to a product ready for launch.
